The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated while driving at approximately 10 MPH, the vehicle was shuddering, and the vehicle failed to shift into the intended gear. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that there was an internal failure of the clutch. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
