The contact owns a 2017 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that while stationary, the driver's side front seat fractured. The contact was stuck by a metal piece when he sat in the seat. A dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 43,000.
