The reason it only has 2500 miles on the car is because for the last 2 years, I have been very ill and unable to drive more than 10 miles per month. Then 2 days ago, I get into the car and a notice appears to service the vehicle immediately, with the sign for the power train. I live 100 miles away from the nearest Ford dealership and had to have it towed there. Now they are trying to tell me that they can't get to the car for at least another month and its gonna cost a lot to fix, except that it's supposed to be still under warranty. On top of that, I am too sick to drive and pick it up from the dealership when it does get fixed (and the woman who called me said it might cost a lot of money to fix). And on top of THAT, I still have 2 1/2 years to pay on the stupid car.
The reason I bought a new car is because there is no one in town who fixes cars correctly and I told the sales man this, but he still pushed for me to get this car. He had to have known that they were having problems (major problems) with this car, and yet he still insisted I get this car. 2500 miles...that's all the miles I got out of this car. I am beyond upset.
Update from Dec 27, 2021: It has now been at least 6 weeks since my car broke down. I am getting ready to make the second payment since the car broke down, without hearing a word from the company about what is happening to my car. I do not have long distance and no cell phone so I am kinda stuck waiting for them to update me. they can just buiy th8is death car back
