Fiesta S 1.6L

I've wrote 4 of these now so gonna make this one short. I bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta from a dealer new. There is a rattling coming from the passenger side by the shift linkage. Andy Morh Ford in Plainfield IN has held off fixing any issues presented to then by refusing to offer a loaner vehicle while my car is under repairs. I'm 20 so I can't rent my own car.
