Not sure what cause it. But, I am assuming the water is not draining. it's water bucket!! I will called it manufacturer problem

Bought this car and it was like brand new. Then I saw rust on my hood ford couldn't even give me the right color touch up paint! I'm in school and can't afford a fix. Ford needs to fix this! They knew about it.
