The contact owns a 2009 Ford Flex. The contact stated that he had a leaking vista roof and the dealer does not know how to repair the problem. The vehicle was taken to the dealer twice for the repair and the roof continued to leak. The Ford manufacturer was not called. The failure mileage was 8,000.
