lack of trained technicians and not too many technician's want to work on a flex but it is same as a Taurus mkt and other ford cars. what's the deal.... no wonder ford doesn't sell too many flex's. great vehicle just poor dealer service in p.r. and on top of that ford gets a bad rap for not doing a check on dealers putting ford name as a bad product.

The problem started with me at a stop. I tried to take off and car first did a couple of jerking motions, then the rpm shoots to the roof, went from 6000 miles... mileage was 15/20 mpg and would not move. I kept trying to shift, put car in neutral then drive, same thing. Made it up the road Pulled over to gas station, turned car off and on then was fine. Unacceptable for the cost of the car.
