The actuator blend door has actually failed 3 times on my 2012 flex now. It was covered under warranty one of those times by the shop that replaced the part. When the AC is on, hot air blows from the passenger side vents until this part is replaced.

Dual climate zone gets stuck so hot air blows with A/C on.

The actuator blend door has actually failed 3 times on my 2012 flex now. It was covered under warranty one of those times by the shop that replaced the part. When the AC is on, hot air blows from the passenger side vents until this part is replaced.
