Flex Limited V6

Ford Flex 2nd row seat squeaks so bad I have to keep seat folded down to reduce the annoying squeak. 60/40 Split bench in 2nd row. It's the 60 side with problem. The 4 nuts and bolts on the seats track were all loose. I had them tightened. It was silent for almost one day. Now the squeak is back. The vibration must be loosening the bolts. Maybe they're the wrong bolts. The other side (40) is not squeaking. I'm confused it seems like it should be simple logic to fix. Especially when half the battle is finding the squeak. I know what the problem is...HELP!!! Can't find any service bulletins on this yet.
