The contact owns a 2013 Ford Flex. While driving approximately 46 mph, a panel on the front driver side windshield suddenly dislodged from the vehicle. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 32,000...updated 12/20/16 the windshield molding blew off. Updated 12/28/16.
