The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver's side B-pillar trim detached and flew off the vehicle. In addition, the contact stated that the passenger's side B-pillar had detached and fallen off the vehicle two years prior. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, and the contact was informed that the driver-??s and passenger-??s side s B-pillar trims needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 39,000. The VIN was unavailable.

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while driving the vehicle at unknown speeds, the passenger's side rear door panel detached from the vehicle. The contact stated that it was unknown if the panel crashed into another vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The vehicle was repaired, however, the failure recurred with the same part, however, the panel was not completely detached, it was loose. The failure recurred when the panel detached and crashed into another vehicle. There were no known injuries. There was no police report filed. The dealer was contacted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
