I come from a FORD family and I am tired of having to pay to repair things that they know is wrong but wont recall and fix. I have spoken with many Ford Focus owners and have heard of the same issue numerous times. If you know there's a problem with the valve rings and pistons and YOU DO FORD! you should be company enough to fix your mistakes instead of making the owner who paid good money for your product in the first place pay for it. i am buying a remanned head completely reseated to fix your mistake and I am going to put it in myself because I CAN and it will save me more than $1000 in dealer labor and costs.

I parked my car and there would be no leak on the ground (flat surface). My brother-in-law asked me not to park in his driveway (incline) because I had a leak. I told him that it wasn't my car because I never have seen a leak on the ground. He said okay, it must another person's car. Fast forward a little bit, he asked me again to not park in his driveway. I made an appointment to have my car looked at because I wanted to be safe. It turns out that the different angle allowed the oil to fall to the ground but when my car was flat on the ground it would fall on something in the engine and so I never saw it where I would park on the flat surfaces. They replaced the head gasket, intake, exhaust manifold gasket, throttle body, and other gaskets. bled the coolant system and topped off A/C system and inserted dye for leak detection (another issue I was having)
