Focus 4d Hatchback

  • Automatic transmission

felt that it was just brushed off with little or help to the problem they offered to replace a part that required removing the dash but it was over a 1000.00 dollars and they weren't sure it would fix the problem. just suggested I keep the hose blown out every year. really wasn't very helpful with it.

Focus Wagon

My foot sustained second and third degree burns and I have no idea how long it will take to heal. I was originally told by the service dept at Ford that the line (?) was plugged, but when I received my car, the report said it was not. I do know they had to completely pull my dash out in order to replace it. I have never heard of anyone having anything like this happening to them and hope no one ever has to have it occur. Has anyone else ever heard of anything like this happening? My family thinks I should bring a lawsuit against Ford.
