About two months ago I noticed that my front windshield wipers don't return to the down position when turned off. I have always had problems with the windshield wipers since about 10,000 miles. The windshield wipers would sometimes turn on when I first started the car or would spontaneously turn on by themselves. I don't know how much this costs to fix but I will soon find out, as I need to get it fixed in order to get an inspection sticker.

Now, the windshield wipers are beginning to fail... (add to previously reported list which is getting increasing LONG)
When you push down to have the wipers just move once, they stop as soon as you release the lever, (they usually go thru the motion themselves) And, when you have the wipers going automatically, and try to shut them off, they don't finish the cycle, they stop where ever they are when you shut the switch off.
THANKS FORD... Now that I practically Have to climb over the seats to get in & out of my car, can't close the trunk, and can't open a window,,,,,, (ALL PREVIOUSLY REPORTED) I just am at a loss of words!
