The contact owns a 2006 Ford Focus. During application the accelerator becomes stuck. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection. She was advised that they may have to make an adjustment, and that the throttle cable was shredding. She repaired the vehicle at an expense of $300 dollars. The failure and current mileages were 58000.
