motor was working, just something in door was clanking loudly. Shop replaced motor, problem fixed. It probably wasn't the motor... I just got taken.

Issue with the window regulator on the drivers side rear window. The window will not go down. The issued happened and was "fixed" by the warranty, two weeks later it happened again and the warranty ran out. The ford mechanics said they could fix it but I would have to pay for it. I didn't bother!

This is also one reason I decided I won't buy another ford.
