The contact owns a 2007 Ford Focus. The contact stated that there was a windshield defect because it was not intact. The sealant was placed on the roof of the vehicle, which contributed to the faulty windshield. She also stated that there was an alignment issue that caused the vehicle to steer to the left while driving 70 mph. The vehicle mats were steamed by the dealer and never dried. As a result, the windows were frosted inside the passenger compartment. The contact found rust in the dashboard components and the fuse box. The current mileage was 897 and failure mileage was 692.

The contact noticed the failure the next day after the vehicle was purchased on April 28, 2007. Ford stated that there is no return policy even though the vehicle is brand new.
