The contact owns a 2008 Ford Focus. While driving various speeds, the rear driver side door opened without warning and the instrument panel failed to illuminate. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The VIN and failure mileage were unknown. Updated 04/06/16
