Since new this car has had what I would describe as a "slinky dog" issue when driving on slick roads. What I mean by slinky dog is that the front and rear end act like they are doing their own thing. The back end is always stepping out of line. Very un-nerving sensation and I would not let my teenage drivers take this car on snow covered roads. I haven't experienced the uneven tire wire I've read about but it's just plain dangerous on slick roads. I've had a four wheel alignment done by the dealer twice and both times it was worse than before after the service. I suspect the problem is suspension bushings in the rear of the car. Even on dry pavement when going around a sharp left hand turn I get a feeling of the passenger side rear wheel just kind of breaking loose or stepping out.
