The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated that the front driver's door did not close and "front driver's door open" appeared on the instrument panel. The contact called tom peck Ford of huntley at 847-669-6060 (located at 13900 automall dr, huntley, il 60142) where it was determined that there was no recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 78,000.
