2013 Ford Focus recall....updated 02/12/15 the consumer was informed on October 13, 2014, the recall could not be performed, because the vehicle had not reached 10,000 miles. In December 2014, the consumers wife was parking the vehicle, when suddenly the brakes which caused her to jump the curb and hit a truck.
