I bought the vehicle at 30,000 miles on it with a new transmission that Ford had to replace due to the faulty original one the car came with. A year after buying the car off a Ford dealership lot the transmission dies again at 70,000 miles. Two transmissions needing replaced in this vehicle and Ford won't pay to fix the transmission the second time. Even after they discovered the cause of the transmission breaking down the second time due to a part missing. I've had the car a little over a year. Ford is at fault and should pay to fix my car.

This regard the air purge valve recall for my Focus St. Have gone to the dealership several times and have been told that the part is not available and today I was told the software is not ready. This is hard to believe in view of how boeing has fixed the software for the 737 issue. There seems to be an indifference on fixing this and has cause issues is hesitation and almost stalling. I have managed to control this by manipulating the clutch which is probably not good. I am surprised that Ford has not expedited the fix.

I received a safety recall in Dec. 18 for cpv valve and deformed gas tank. They said parts would be in by end of March 2019 as per letter from Ford. I called Ford today and they are apparently still working with their parts supplier and they have no date to correct this problem. This is a Focus St and they say only fill up the gas tank halfway. Why have a recall if they don't fix the problem" who is protecting the consumer? is there an actual time limit to get this done"

First sign of an issue was the check engine light illuminating in October of 2018. Shortly after the engine randomly started losing power and shutting down completely at random intervals. It could either be while driving or sitting at a stop light. I go to accelerate and notice the engine has shut off. The car will frequently behave as if it has reduced power when pushing the accelerator pedal. The rpms of the car will also randomly fluctuate as the car is struggling to get enough fuel to keep it running which also brings a very rough idle. The rpms do not climb as quickly and the engine has a low rumble to it sounding like it is struggling. This is also accompanied by what sounds like backfires coming from the exhaust. When refueling and putting the gas pump into the car there is a large high pressure release from the gas tank. Upon trying to restart the car the starter motor has to spin for an extra 5 seconds or so until the engine turns on. When it does turn on it sputters and struggles to get to a stable idle RPM.

The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. While driving 55 mph, the vehicle decelerated and lost power in the middle of traffic. The contact coasted the vehicle off the road. In addition, the vehicle leaked fuel. Also, when the contact filled up the fuel tank, the fuel tank gauge would not move. Currently, the vehicle would not start and the check engine indicator illuminated. The contact called bill night Ford (9607 S memorial dr, tulsa, ok 74133, (918) 526-2400), but the dealer would not schedule a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and did not assist. The failure mileage was 141,000.

I am having an issue with filling my car with gasoline. It can take me up to 20 minutes to put $10 worth of gas in the car. The gas nozzle constantly will click off when I am filling the tank. It does not matter if I am doing it manually or if I set the gas nozzle to the automatic feature. I have to continually depress the nozzle to fill my car and it constantly clicks off. I have tried different gas stations, and I will try to hold the nozzle in different way, but it never works properly.

Manufacturer recall number18S32 NHTSA recall number18V735 our vehicle's fuel tank collapsed over a year ago and we are unable to fully use the vehicle. Ford doesn't appear to be providing necessary parts to dealers for repair. We are getting nowhere and the car is unsafe. Perhaps you can compel Ford to fix this recall in a more timely manner. I suspect there are others with the same problem. Thank you in advance.

I'm at the tail end of a buyback for multiple recall issues that seem to be unfixable. They had also replaced a week engine mount that is failing now they had to replace a safety recall for gas fuel. All of which in the past downtown Ford in sacramento did for free and now they are trying to charge me $1300 to fix the recalls and repairs that they had done without my knowledge. Since it was ordered to them by you guys. And now they are saying at future Ford of sacramento off of madison avenue that they will not fix it for free and that they are going to try and take it out of my settlement when theyare scam artists and are charging me way more than any part needs to be. And I'm also being lied to by Ford wrap who told me they were going to pay for the parts and they were also going to put me in a rental. All of which was a lie. I have lost hundreds of dollars in wages I've had a ton of pain and suffering from having to be lied to over and over again and thinking I am being helped when in fact all they're doing is trying to take my money and put me in a unsafe car that could've killed me or my loved ones multiple times because of their negligence and they are not being held liable

The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated that water was found inside the vehicle more than once after it rained. Also, the clutch vibrated when the gears were shifted. The failure occurred every time after shifting out of first gear. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to star Ford and Lincoln (1101 S brand blvd, glendale, ca 91204, (818) 956-0977) where it was diagnosed that a new clutch and fuel tank were needed and the power train control module (PCM) needed reprogramming. The contact stated that the mechanics only installed a new fuel tank and reprogrammed the PCM. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and did not assist. The failure mileage was 59,763.
