The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated that the windshield wipers seized. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 37,000.
