Water is building up inside the rear door frames where the seal is located causing the paint to erode. The paint is becoming rough, when it used to be smooth.

When it rains, there is alway's a water build up on the frame beteen the back passanger door and seal, this will cause it to rust out fast, there are 2 2014 ford focus's that I know of that do this, Please check your rear passanger door when it rains and see if the water is building up on you also.
