engine won't shut off engine won't shut off

Car was running just fine until the beginning of 2020 then the car started shuddering again so it was parked on Jan 2, 2020. AAA checked the car on Jan 5, 2020 which the original ford battery was dead, AAA jumped car after confirming it was shot and they ran a test on the alternator which looked like it was charging good. Drove car to Advance Auto Parts and had a ford replacement ($200) Autocraft Platinum battery. Car ran great after that but within 4 days the car started shuddering again, engine light came on, car would not go over 20 miles per hour so car was parked again Jan 8, 2020, On Jan 12, 2020, AAA checked battery again, tested alternator after jumping the battery again. Brought it to Champion Ford and when i got out of the car, the car was still running without the key in it while I went to setup the appointment. Car engine was off about 15 min later. Tech brought car in service garage and they did a ($99) diagnostic check which came up with over 30 errors. More diagnostic of vehicle adding another ($99) plus additional costs for removing glove box to find a buried control box to find a corroded cable on the C6 Engine connection block and the connector (Pictures attached). Cost of repairs is about $4000 for cabling harness and installation. There has never been any damage to car and there has been no water or liquid damage to interior that would cause the corrosion of the cable. There is no recall for the wiring harness at this time. From this site I found this article (https://www.focusfanatics.com/threads/tsb-14-0215-chafing-of-wiring-harness.517737/) which explains a little about a similar issue. No resolution at this time.

Engine keeps running even with the key out of the ignition. The dealer says never heard of such a problem. Took them two days to suggest replacing the BCM and the engine wiring harness.
