Focus Titanium

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,700 miles

3 month old car with 4700 miles, was idling rough and stalling, check engine light came on. Taken to dealership, turns out there's metal in the engine and 2 cylinders are low on compression. It has been at the dealership for 9 days. They had to order a new engine assembly and it will take 7 days to get here plus installation time. Ford Corporate refuses to pay for a rental car because it's not covered in the warranty!

Focus SE 2.0L Ti-Vct

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100 miles

Driving down the road and acceleration on this car drops rpms, hesitates, jerks, then revs up in rpms the car does the same when you stop it, has even rolled backwards as if it was in reverse. This car always hesitates. I am concerned for the welfare of myself along with my children and anyone else who is having the same issues. Ford Motor Company should correct this issue and buy back these faulty vehicles. This is why our economy is horrible they are greedy and worthless products.
