Focus SE 2.1L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 170,000 miles

So my 2014 ford focus I purchased in June 2022 now I have tried multiple times to return the vehicle to the dealership I got it from and had no luck it's on finance and the damn car doesn't even work hasn't in a year. So the transmission overheating sensor kicks on and the car stalls out causing the car not to go forward or backwards when put in drive or reverse. The seal around my doors when heated by sun melt and the doors will not open from the inside very dangerous and death trap. Due to these things happening I almost was killed 3 times due to the car stalling out and not restarting right away. I still owe 15000 on it cause they got me I'm sucker paid 25000 for it. Only to find out it's only worth 10000 new. I've called the ministry of transportation I don't know what to do I need to see if this car is under recall cause if it isn't it needs to be me and my son almost were killed by transport truck on highway another time it stalled out on expressway getting off the off ramp it stalled out and started driving in reverse while in drive at night in pitch black.

I now owe and the car don't even drive they won't take it back what do I do I'm single mom and they took advantage of me because they need young girl pretty here comes a sucker and because they had taken my car in as a trade and sold next day I couldn't take it back and I didn't receive my car for 3 weeks after signing papers as they said they were waiting for plates and all that stuff so they gave me a ford Taurus and that had to be jumped 3 times so help please what the hell do I do so I'm not stuck with broken lemon I was sold and still owe 15000 I need advice or I need to know is there a recall on this car or how to get one cause it's very dangerous the things defected on it could have died me and my 3 year old.

Just stop and go traffic on the freeway in California, not too hot out, but transmission overheating warning and car is bucking and hesitating more when accelerating in regular driving.
