Since buying in 2018 it had a clunky transmission. Towards the end in 2022 the TCM failed. Ford has the backorder with no timeline (FU to us). I only drove this car in the city which is why it made it 4 years. Knowing what I know I did a vin search before getting a new vehicle, Chrysler Town and Country.

Ford knowing about this issue and taking advantage of customers is why I will never touch a Ford ever again. Buyer beware...
