The manufacturer then referred the contact to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who diagnosed that the transmission clutch was stuck. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact followed up with the manufacturer, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 96,500.
