Windshield wipers will stop in the middle of the windshield when turned on. This condition occurs regardless of speed setting or the intermittent setting. This condition occurs regardless of moving or stationary, speed of motion, intensity of rain or other factors. This has happened every single time that I have used the windshield wipers.
