Our 2004 Ford Freestar van had a tire valve failure. Upon repair of the tire, I requested the valve that failed to check for the numbers listed on a website notifying consumers of possible faulty valves. I discovered that the valve was one of the numbers, dill TR413, listed as being faulty.
