sudden loss of power

The picture I posted is a possible solution to fix the no acceleration and instant decline in speed I found in the owners manual. I'm going to try it and I will let you know how it goes.

Have been trying to months to figure out what is wrong, engine makes squealing sound and dies. Thought I had it figured out when the PCM was pulled and found to be full of water. Cleaned and dried out, more sealant added. Also replace power steering pump, was leaking. Total cost was over $400.00. This after spending $800 for new fuel pump which probably didn't really need. Van ran good the first day we brought it home, but didn't drive it a lot. Drove it to church Sunday morning and the squealing noise when turned on started, noise continued off and on, engine cutting out but made it to church. After church went out to eat, again squealing, cutting out and as we turned into the restaurant it just died. No warning lights, no noise, just died. We have taken it back to shop to see if they can figure out.

I have filed a complaint with the national safety association. I see that there are tons of complaints on this van just like mine. Anyone have any suggestions, I cannot afford a car payment. We are retired on a fixed income.

This problem is serious. What is Ford waiting for, somebody to die first? I couldn't steer my car while heading toward traffic. It just suddenly wants to stop running. What are we to do? We are in need of a lawyer who respects our safety. Please help all of us to get the help Ford should be willing to give.

Ford recall 11S25. THIS MINI-VAN IS MY BABY. I CHANGE THE OIL EVERY 2500 MILES. I AM DISABLED WITH MS AND IT IS TOTALLY ACCESSIBLE WITH AUTO POWER RAMP AND KNEELS FOR ME TO GET IN. IT HAS A 6 WAY POWER SEAT AND HAND CONTROLS ALLOWING ME TO GET IN ON MY OWN AND DRIVE IT MYSELF. THE VAN NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL FORD DID THE RECALL.
