The contact owns a 2007 Ford Freestyle. The contact stated that his vehicle began to shake and rattle while driving. He took his vehicle to the dealer for repair and they discovered that during the assembly of his vehicle, the bolts to the front bumper were never installed. The second time he brought his vehicle to the dealer was for the transmission. The bolts that hold the transmission pan in place were only installed manually and not with the proper machinery. The current and failure mileages were 6,300.
