The contact owns Continental T24565R16 tires on a 2007 GMC Envoy. She stated that the two frontal tires had excessive tread wear. Abnormal tread wear can lead to tread separation, which increased the risk of a tire blow out and a vehicle crash. The tires were replaced. The failure mileage was 26,600. The current mileage was 27,100.
