The contact owns a 2006 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the turn signals failed to operate while driving various speeds. The vehicle was taken to riverside Ford (101 E main St, havelock, nc 28532, (252) 447-3177) where it was diagnosed that the central junction box needed replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 238,000.

Right front side turn signal light failed inspection replaced bulb and electrical harness, still no power. Diagnosed as defective smart box Ford estimates it at $800 to replace. 4 year old Ford Fusion (summer 2006)
