Fusion SEL V4

I had issues with the car from day 1 other things but the transmission I for seen when my RPMS starting going to 4 to get on the free way. I had them check it while under warrenty at 58,000 miles and they said it was a pump valve and would be fine. Once I hit 60,000 it was out of warrenty and they said it would be me who would have to pay for the the whole transmission to be replaced.
