This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
The 2007 Ford Fusion received a good quality rating thus the reason I decided for this car. When I purchase a new car, my expectation is that it will last at least 150,000 with no mechanical issues. I should have listened to what all my co-workers said, "do not buy a domestic car if you want quality, buy either Honda or Acura." Well, I thought Ford had turned the corner in quality but my thought was wrong.

I have a 2007 ford fusion and the drivetrain is making noise. the car only had 16000 miles when it started making the noise...My ford mechanic told me that the part is on national backorder and there is no ETA. At the dealership I went to get the car checked out. The mechanic told me that he has six other cars that is waiting on this part and one of the cars has been there for three months.
This sounds like a serious problem with this car.....
I am trying to give the car back and get out of my contract because the more you drive the car you know you are breaking it and getting closer to the warranty running out and then that will be another mess.
