Engine light was on, took to loganville Ford they told me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I have called and called Ford, loganville Ford and several Ford dealers and get the same answer, that there is no eta on the part due to vendor does not have part. Meanwhile bad emissions are being put in the air due to Ford. My birthday is coming up and I will not be able to pass emissions. This is a problem and Ford refuses to help. I have a case number with Ford since 11/12/2013.

The contact owns a 2007 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the vehicle began to jerk once started. The vehicle was taken directly to an independent repair shop and the vehicle stalled while driving 30 mph. The vehicle was then towed to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that two of the engine coils failed, causing the computer to fail. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 59,181. Updated 11/16/11... the catalytic converter was replaced, updated 01/06/12
