My 2007 Ford Fusion makes a loud, hidious, noise when I turn my weels, even in the slightest. Hard to explain the noise but when it's colder outside it doesn't make it and when it gets hot outside, then it gets worse like something is expanding and contracting with the temperature outside. Anytime my tire's move that noise is made. Btw it is a AWD wheel drive keeps getting water in tail lights and blowing bulbs maybe part of takata recall as well.

The left front turn signal stopped working. It will light up when the parking lights are on, but will not flash with the turn signal is activated.

During an oil change, the mechanic noticed that the right front turn signal was not working and changed the bulb. When the new bulb didn't work, he checked closer and determined that it was flashing very dimly. The dealer informed us that the smart junction box is the problem and will cost $600 to replace. There was no indication to the driver that a turn signal was not working and it was simply luck that the issue was spotted by an alert mechanic. This is dangerous if the driver thinks he is signaling a turn or lane change when nothing is visible outside the vehicle.

Came home from work, went back out to car to go to store noticed left front turn signal bulb was on steady. Changed bulbs stayed on still. Had it checked out said it was the smart junction box. This is a common problem many people are having and something needs to be done to fix it. Ford needs to do a recall and make it right !

The front left turn signal is not working and the vehicle gives no warning of this fact (like when the bulb goes out and the turn signal blinks faster). The bulb and fuse are fine and according to the dealer it is the smart junction box which costs six hundred dollars to replace. My research online indicates that this is a common problem and I fail to see how Ford does not consider inoperable turn signals to be anything other than a safety issue. Every turn or four way stop is a safety issue as others drives have no idea which direction we will be traveling.

2007 Ford Fusion light switch, with fog light, switch bezel clips are breaking. The whole assembly fell out due to having weak mounting clips. The normal switch that doesn't require you to pull on it to turn on the fog lights probably doesn't have this issue. I use my lights day and night including the fog lights during the day for safety. This could cause wire breaks and possibly an electrical short if a new bezel with stronger mounting clips aren't installed.
