The moisture that builds up inside the headlight lamp makes the glass cloudy. I have one that has that problem. I have started to notice many other 2008 Fusions with this problem as I drive by them on the road. It will cost me $400 to replace the whole piece. $400 is a great deal of money to replace the whole unit.
