The contact owns a 2009 Ford Fusion. The contact stated there was condensation in the headlamp. The vehicle was taken to westfield Ford (6200 South la grange road, countryside, il 60525, (708) 354-8600) where the contact was informed that the headlamp housing needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 40,000.
