3rd time in 10 months dealing with the rear power window motors. Power window motors failing after 3 years is very poor quality and performance. Ford is aware of the problem and has issues a TSB to its dealers yet still feels it is ok to charge customers for 1.5 hours labor and parts for each window. Quality is definitely not job one! I bet Honda and Toyota power window motors last more thank 3 years. In addition I have had to take it back to the dealer three times in 10 months for the same issue.
