Takata recall. I am trading this car in today because it has been over 9 months since the recall, June 1, 2016, and I'm tired of making my husband sit in the back seat because I am fearful of the defective passenger airbag deploying. I was not given full value for my trade because there is still no remedy. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Additionally, I am married with two children and cannot in good conscious have someone ride in the passenger seat in the event the air bag would deploy.

Long term recall notice NHTSA #16V384, manufacturer recall #16S26 (takata airbags), since June 2016 (possibly longer). There is still no remedy for this recall. Every day that this recall goes without repair could possibly mean that than many lives are lost in accidents related to this. When will there be a remedy?
