Fusion Sport 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 72,000 miles

Just didn't expect to have to spend $1200.00 on a car with 70,000 miles on it.

Fusion SE 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 49,156 miles

This noise is heat related. The hotter it gets, the louder it gets. I have a 2006 Pontiac Vibe with 160000 miles on it and never has had any problems.

Fusion

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,000 miles

My ford 2011 Fusion makes popping noises, sometimes it makes racket and sometimes it don't. Dealer said they can find nothing wrong or messed up with the front end, everything looks good. It's on the front passenger side of vehicle. They said I could replace the lower arm (is what I think they called it), but that it may not fix the problem with the noise. That mine still looked good. The vehicle has never been dinged, dented or wrecked.

popping, grinding sound from front end. 39000 miles

I have had this car for 2 months and the control arm bushings are already bad. The noise is so loud and bad, I am embarrassed to drive this car. I cant afford to fix it. I got screwd. should have kept my Chevrolet.
