Door stopped opening from the inside driver side, such an terrible inconvenience for a retired person on fixed income. Yelling would be great but it would still be broken.

The drivers side door would not open from the inside.If it was in an accident and you had to get out fast, it would be a problem. My wife drives this car and is very careful with it. Dealer charged $200.00 to fix the driver side door latch. It also has a recall on the passenger air bag and also on the steering gear. Waiting for the air bag to come in to the dealer and on the steering gear to fail, a code shows up on the dash...you will loose steering. Hope someone is not hurt on the passenger air bag if it deploys or if the steering fails. Other than these three issues, it has been a good vehicle.
