Fusion SEL I-4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 360 miles

I BOUGHT MY CAR EXACTLY ONE WEEK AGO, BRAND NEW WITH 18 MILES ON IT. IN THE PARKING GARAGE AT MY APARTMENT, MY BOYFRIEND (A TECHNICIAN AT BMW WHO IS FORD CERTIFIED) MOVED MY CAR FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM FLOOR. HOWEVER BEFORE HE COULD DO THAT HE PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, TURNED IT ONCE SO ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON ON THE DASH, AND HEARD A STRANGE FAINT NOISE COMING FROM THE CAR (HE HAD THE WINDOW DOWN). TWO DAYS LATER, I HAVE TIME TO GO INTO FORD TO GET IT FIXED. THEY TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE TO ORDER THE PART FROM DETROIT AND I CAN'T HAVE A LOANER CAR WHILE THEY REPLACE IT BECAUSE I'M NOT 25. I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP AND WAS ABLE TO GET ONE THROUGH WORK, THANK GOD. AS THEY CLOSE AT 4PM ON SATURDAY AND THE DEALERSHIP I WORK FOR IS OPEN UNTIL 5PM. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON THIS ISSUE EXCEPT TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP.
