Fusion SE 1.6L-Liter

My husband and I were heading home after grocery shopping. Halfway home, an indicator light comes on saying it was overheating, and the vehicle stalls. We pulled over, my husband opens the hood and there's no coolant in the reservoir. My husband had a friend bring us coolant, put the coolant in the reservoir and started the car, and it wouldn't move. We called a tow truck and had the car towed to Sylvania Ford Dealership. Ford did a diagnostic test and we were told that coolant getting into the engine cylinder head. We contact Ford corporate and we were told there are no programs to help fix our vehicle.

I called the dealer. I called corporate. I want to force Ford to recognize that other Ford Fusion SE 2013 Ecoboost Cars are affected. So... fix it.
