After fueling up the car I always hear a rattling noise. Also when you drive the car right after fueling it up, the fuel gauge says its full. You drive approx 25 miles or so and the fuel gauge has gone down about a 1/4. This has done it ever since I bought the car new.

Sometimes if I have a half tank or even full tank there is a loud noise like a vacuum coming from the gas tank. If I stop the car and keep the engine on and open the gas cap it looks like it's sucking in air which is making a loud noise. It always seems to happen when I'm on the highway.
I took to the Ford dealership they said they didn't know what it was unless they hear it, then I took it back and was told I need a fuel cap sensor. Ford was suppose to call me and let me know if the part came in and it's been over 3 weeks and nothing. I was quoted almost $200 just to have this sensor put on. So I took it to a private mechanic and told me the machine read a oxygen sensor.
Has anyone been having problems with the vacuum noise coming from the fuel tank and if so what did the dealership do to fix it?

Ok, so every time I fill up my car with gas, the tank makes bubbly noises while driving (especially when you stop). It's like when you drink too much water and you can hear the liquid in your stomach if you move... it's REALLY annoying and I like it is a simple design flaw or lack of detail...

2013 top of the line, AWD, Ford Fusion Titanium / with the Check Engine Light code P1450 repeats every other month , the "no cap filer" hums on and off. It takes several tries to start after adding gas. And most dangerous it stalls when slowing to a stop at a red light. The MPG has dropped below 26...
In the 2013 fusion Ford tried a new way of checking the gas evaporation system, I believe this is a engineering manufacturing problem that they must have fixed later, but should have been recalled.
