Going up a hill on the high way and the car just revved up and wouldn't accelerate. The next day when I got it home it wouldn't start. had it towed to two different shops. the second one said the fuel pump was on back order form ford. Ford calls me and said I needed to have an order through the dealership before they would accelerate the part. Ford didn't have a date of availability so why would I place an order on a part when Ford had no clue when it was supposed to be there? Why would I place an order not knowing that Ford could push it through? Im not a mind reader. I had to rent a car that cost me a lot of money!
