The contact owns a graco safety seat, model number: 1901845, model type: Snugride and manufactured on 1/10/2015. The safety seat was being utilized in a 2014 Ford Fusion. The front right harness strap loosened from the rear of the safety seat. The child was in the safety seat at the time of the failure. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The failure occurred in the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was not available.
